Join MHLIC to explore innovations in maternal health. Each first and third Thursday of the month, beginning on July 1, 2021, we will host individuals/organizations who are thinking outside the box and shaking things up to improve the health of pregnant people and mothers across the nation. 

At the end of each webinar, viewers will be able to describe the maternal health issue addressed by the innovation and describe at least one feature that makes this particular approach innovative in the scope of maternal health.

Our goal is that the Symposium will continue to grow into a trusted, evidence-driven, and community-centered space for maternal health professionals and others invested in the well-being of families to connect, recharge, and to advance maternal health equity in the communities in which they serve and support. The Symposium is for everyone interested in improving maternal health outcomes, including public health professionals, health care providers and administrators, community groups, advocates, policymakers, researchers, and many others.
