Medigy: Female Founders

In many industries including healthcare, females make almost eighty percent of purchasing decisions. Also, healthcare industry has almost sixty five percent of female workforces. Despite this, women are still not among the healthcare’s top leadership rankers. Most of the chief executive officers in healthcare are males and if females want to become the CEOs, it takes them 3 to 5 years more compared to men. There were very few female or women founders in healthcare for long due to gender parity. This is the reason an organization called “Female Founders” was developed to redefine the standard concept of leadership. Female founders have become the rapidly growing community for female entrepreneurial minds in Europe. Women tech founders and black female founders still face the gender parity when it comes to receiving funding for digital health technology companies.
