Our mission is to empower users with tools that increases engagement and reduces the need to remind and follow-up, all in a very convenient and helpful way. We have been an IT and marketing services company since 2006. We started out and opened an office, hired top IT & Marketing talent, and signed up many customers within the first few months.

We knew we were sitting on something special when we got more and more demand from healthcare practices who wanted to use our email marketing platform for patient engagement and lead generation. We have also been developing SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for many of our customers along with mobile applications since 2013.

We created Xcare for businesses that share our passion for doing right by the customer. For many of us, great customer service isn’t another cost center it’s a very effective marketing and engagement tool, a competitive differentiator, and a cornerstone of the brand. In 2021 we officially released Xcare to the world for health care practices that have high standards for customer service.
