Micro-PRISM enables high-speed, multi-color in vivo SWIR imaging
The micro-PRISM in vivo SWIR imaging kit includes an external illumination module, a microscope base, and a light-tight enclosure. It enables meso- (25 mm FOV) and microscopic (4.8 mm FOV) imaging of whole or partial murine organs at 50 FPS. Featuring auto-exposure and interleaved NIRSWIR excitations, it supports multi-color imaging with clinically approved dyes optimized for 980 nm and 1064 nm lasers.
