Standard Occupational Classification (SOC): First-Line Enlisted Military Supervisors

First-line enlisted military supervisors are responsible for leading and managing a team of enlisted personnel in the military. In the healthcare setting, these supervisors may be responsible for overseeing the work of enlisted medical personnel, such as medics or corpsmen. They may be responsible for ensuring that their team members are trained and competent in their roles, and for providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

First-line enlisted military supervisors may also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a healthcare unit or facility, including managing budgets and resources, coordinating with other units and agencies, and ensuring that the facility complies with regulations and standards.
