The pandemic really disrupted the MEDITECHs Marketing team since a lot of their content was derived from interactions with customers, but customers were much harder to reach, and response times were delayed with every surge or variant. Video crews were not allowed in hospitals and many customers did not want to travel to user forums or trade shows.

This award recognizes the Marketing Team that has achieved outstanding results, worked cohesively together, collaborated well with other departments and produced stand-out content, campaigns and programs over the past year. Separate awards given to teams at health IT companies and healthcare providers.
