This is in our DNA. It’s at the core of why PatientKeeper was started over 20 years ago. We are in this business to advance healthcare. So are others. But we choose to focus on the most critical individual in the healthcare system: the provider. In recent years, with the advent of the EHR, the healthcare industry has overloaded providers with seemingly endless amounts of data, pinged them constantly with alerts, and asked them to learn cumbersome systems and perform administrative tasks.
