The Digital Front Door is an extension of Seqster’s Life Sciences solution, it aims to solve a multitude of data challenges for patients enrolling in and researchers conducting clinical trials by placing the patient at the center of the trial and their health data, to advance science through their contribution to research.

For patients, the Digital Front Door unlocks access to their health data and longitudinal health profile, allows data sharing with caregivers, family, and physicians/care team, simplifies the informed consent process, boosts participant engagement, leading to retention, and alleviates caregiver burden.

Seqster’s Digital Front Door aims to break down data silos by providing a comprehensive source of patient data from multiple data sources, such as genomic/DNA, medical records/EHR, fitness/medical device and prescription/pharmacy data through various APIs and aggregators. They are also a Commonwell Health Alliance member, enabling them to access and exchange data.
