It is common in the hospice industry for a case manager to manage upwards of 20 cases.

Our RN Case Managers are tasked with ensuring personalized care for between 12 – 14 cases each. This allows more time for one-on-one focus and results in optimal clinical and emotional outcomes for our hospice patients and their loved ones.
