Singapore Developing Digital Platform for Mental Health Care Integration, Coordination, Data sharing

Singapore's Ministry of Health Office for Healthcare Transformation is developing the Digital Mental Health Connect (DMHC) platform to integrate and coordinate mental health support services across more than 450 health and social service agencies. The DMHC will allow clinicians and counselors to seamlessly refer patients based on their needs, preferences, and risk level. This initiative aligns with Singapore's National Mental Health and Well-being Strategy, which focuses on expanding mental health services, enhancing early intervention capabilities, promoting well-being, and improving workplace mental health. The country is also introducing a Tiered Care Model and guidelines for mental health data sharing as part of the strategy.
