Health Call Digital Solution Aims to Reduce Waiting Lists

A waiting list validation tool has been made available by Health Call to help NHS trusts achieve elective recovery. A new solution has been introduced by NHS-owned digital health startup Health Call with the goal of reducing long waiting lists and patient wait times. It can assist medical professionals in reassigning unneeded appointments to patients who require them, streamlining the delivery of services. Clinical capacity must be maximized to the greatest extent possible with more than seven million people waiting for appointments in the NHS.Trusts can check in with patients collectively using the waiting list validation tool to see if they still need their appointment. Trusts are better able to estimate the size of their waiting list as a result.
