Oracle Exec on VA’s EHR: Beta of Cloud-Based Millennium to Roll Out in 2023

Governmental organisations from the United States and the Republic of Korea are highlighting new ransomware techniques they have observed, which they claim are used to hide the affiliation of hackers working to launch attacks against critical infrastructure and healthcare organisations in the two countries. The most recent cybersecurity advice, Ransomware Attacks on Critical Infrastructure Fund DPRK Malicious Cyber Activities, provides information on recent and historical strategies, techniques, and indicators of compromise used by North Korea. The additional observed TTPs, according to the United States National Security Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Department of Health and Human Services, as well as the Republic of Korea, "span phases from acquiring and purchasing infrastructure to concealing DPRK affiliation."
