Virtual care enables BrightView Health to increase outpatient access

Kang, chief clinical officer at BrightView Health and a fellow with the Obama Foundation, explained that the epidemic and the lockdowns "generated some possible gaps in access to care that we needed to forecast and solve." "To develop secure communications, we examined a number of systems. "We were particularly interested in technology that would enable us to conduct one-on-one consultations in a coordinated manner with a "waiting room" feature.
