I came upon one that drew my attention. Somewhere in the message, it asked, "Does anyone have material I can share with my radiologists to show them the impact of working through lunch?" I was pleased to see a post that highlighted the wellbeing of doctors. a boss who is both concerned and wants her doctors to take a break. I finally realised it after that. Perhaps this leader could ask a more effective question. Perhaps the most important query is, "Why do my doctors feel they don't have time for lunch?" A lunch break is generally seen as being wise. However, it's challenging when you feel like your house is on fire. Healthcare leaders can support their peers and colleagues to mitigate burnout by implementing the following strategies:
