Caption Health Receives Regulatory Approvals for Caption AI™ Technology Platform in Canada and Australia

The Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia and Health Canada's Medical Devices Directorate have granted Caption Health new regulatory approvals to market its Caption AITM technology platform. Caption Health is the industry leader in using AI and services to increase access to heart ultrasound diagnostics. The chosen initial imaging modality for evaluating patients with suspected heart failure is echocardiography, and Caption Health anticipates that as it has started to in the United States, worldwide expansion will make earlier and more precise cardiac care more widely available. Following this summer's announcement of the European CE Mark, these are Caption AI's second and third international regulatory certifications this year. The platform, which was approved for use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the first time in 2020.
