GE Healthcare adds 6 AI Startups to Innovation Accelerator

GE Healthcare added six AI startups, from five different countries, to its Canada-based Edison Accelerator program. The program, developed in partnership with investor Nex Cubed, will aid the startups with testing and deployment of AI-based tools that can enhance GE Healthcare's FastStroke processing platform, according to an Aug. 10 press release. Over the course of three months, each company will get a customized program plan and mentors with the aim to accelerate integration and commercialization of their AI products.
