The course on Advanced PET Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, and Therapy offers a clinical perspective on PET/CT imaging and the evolving use of Theranostic agents in Nuclear Medicine. Participants will gain insights into the economic, clinical, and academic dimensions of recent trends in PET/CT imaging and Nuclear Medicine therapy. Key topics include the integration of diagnostic and therapeutic radioligands like DOTA, PSMA, and PRRT, logistical considerations for implementing these technologies in clinical settings, and the clinical indications for emerging tracers in Neuroendocrine Tumor and Prostate cancer using somatostatin receptor and PSMA PET/CT imaging. The course also covers standard-of-care applications and advanced interpretation of FDG PET/CT.
