The European Association for Haematopathology (EA4HP) and the Society for Hematopathology (SH) extend a warm invitation to the 22nd EA4HP Meeting in Dubrovnik, Croatia, from September 21-26, 2024, at the Hotel Valamar Lacroma Conference Centre. This significant event, set in the historic city of Dubrovnik, will feature a Thymus Pathology Symposium, an "Educational session" on hematopathology, and a "Bone marrow day" addressing complex topics such as therapy-induced changes and myeloid neoplasms. The Lymphoma symposium will explore "Novel mechanisms in lymphomagenesis" with a workshop on distinguishing neoplastic from reactive lymphoproliferations. A hybrid event option will be available for those unable to attend in person.
