Belgrade Bioinformatics Conference 2023

The Belgrade Bioinformatics Conference (BelBi2023) is scheduled for June 19-23, 2023, in Belgrade, Serbia, as a hybrid event. This five-day conference will include keynote and invited talks by experienced experts, oral and poster presentations, and workshops. The main goal of the BelBi conferences is to foster contacts between scientists to share experiences, disseminate the latest information on advances in their fields, gain and increase the visibility of their research, and bring young researchers together with peers and senior colleagues. The BelBi2023 will serve as an international platform for researchers from around the world to meet, initiate new collaborations, and expand professional contacts. Biological Data includes AI/ML in biology and medicine, Biological ontologies, Bioinformatics databases and algorithms, Computational bioengineering, Data mining methods, algorithms, and their applications, Digital agricultural, Massive data analysis, Omics data, Population and statistical genetics, Single-cell omics, Spatial transcriptomics, Structure and molecular interaction prediction. Biomedical Informatics includes Bioinformatics of COVID-19/Biomedical/Health database integration and management, Biomedical imaging and data visualization, Disease models and epidemiology, Genome privacy and security, Precision medicine and Precision pharmacology, Predictive modeling and analytics in healthcare, Text mining of the medical records, Translational medical informatics. Theoretical Approaches to Bioinformation Systems (TABIS) includes, Biological networks, Biological population modelling, Computational neuroscience, Computational systems biology, Gene expression regulation and the genetic code, Infectious disease modelling, Macromolecular Sequence- Structure - Function and Synthetic biology.
