Improving Experiences of Working Parents

 March 23, 2023

London, United Kingdom

Explore cutting-edge research, network with peers and improve the experience of working parents in your organisation. Join the conversation on working parenthood! Our team at WOMBA is partnering with Hult International Business School (Ashridge) on a groundbreaking research project exploring the experiences of working parents in the transition to parenthood in the workplace. In phase one of the project, we heard from working parents about challenges they faced in both their professional and personal lives. From unclear parental leave policies for dads to rigid maternity policies for mums, we uncovered the barriers working parents face. Check out our key findings published in People Management! Now, we invite you to share your own experiences and opportunities from an organisational perspective in phase two. By participating in a 90 minute roundtable discussion, you can shape the conversation on how organisations can best support working parents and access latest thinking to inform your own organisation's practices.
