Now, as clinicians continue to pursue zero harm and the delivery of high-quality care after spending months on the frontlines of a deadly pandemic, it is time to get front-line providers the emotional and operational support they need. Putting policies and protocols in place to promote efficient care delivery while supporting the well-being of exhausted nurses continues to be the essential work of nurse leaders across the nation.
