Core Urology for Those Approaching National Selection

January 27 to January 28, 2020

Sherman Education Centre, Guy's Hospital, London, SE1 9RT

This is annual Core Urology course at Guy's Urology for those undergoing national selection in March 2020.

The provisional programme includes:

Monday 27th January AM session - Lectures on topics across urology from Consultants
Monday 27th January PM session - Simulation lab for practice on practical station
Tuesday 28th January AM session - Lectures on topics across urology from Consultants
Tuesday 28th January PM session - "The Mock Interview"

There will be plenty of time to practice on the simulation equipment (SPC, stent insertion, flexible cystoscopy, rigid cystoscopy and more)

We have excellent feedback from previous years, with the top scorer attending the course: previous top scorers will be teaching as well!

Preference will be given to clinical fellows/CT2s with limited capacity and the cost of course will be £80. We are awaiting confirmation of sponsorship for lunch.
