Resilient Healthcare’s Joint Venture Expands Hospital-at-Home Program to More Than 40 States
Two Plano-based companies, Resilient Healthcare Corporation and Community Hospital Corporation, are collaborating to introduce hospital-at-home care to a 40-state hospital network, expanding access to high-level care for rural communities. Resilient Healthcare employs a tech-enabled approach through its Care Anywhere program, partnering with primary care providers and hospitals to deliver acute hospital-level care in patients' homes. This joint venture represents Resilient's largest partnership to date and will launch soon. Resilient has previously partnered with a Houston area Independent Physician Association, extending hospital-at-home services to 13,000 members, with expectations of doubling this number by year-end. The collaboration will enable Resilient to scale its platform, further solidifying its position as the largest hospital-at-home provider in Texas, within CHC's extensive rural hospital network spanning over 40 states. CHC, founded by 13 nonprofit hospitals, offers a range of services for healthcare providers nationwide.
