Payment Rates for Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services: States’ Responses to Workforce Challenges
The payment rates for Medicaid Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) have been a longstanding concern, further exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. State HCBS programs prioritize addressing the associated workforce challenges.
