The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have launched the nationwide dementia care GUIDE Model, a voluntary initiative set to commence on July 1, 2024. CMS is actively encouraging participation and has initiated the collection of non-binding letters of interest, a process open until mid-September.
