Telehealth Use During the PHE Presented Challenges, Opportunities

The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the intricate dynamics between virtual and primary care during the COVID-19 pandemic, dissecting the multifaceted nuances, advantages, and drawbacks inherent in this evolving healthcare landscape. It underscores that resource limitations pose a substantial hurdle to the advancement of healthcare innovation. The contemporary healthcare landscape is increasingly characterized by a shift towards electronic and digital innovations, necessitating robust technological infrastructure and comprehensive training to effectively address the challenges posed by this transition. Leveraging data collected from 36 meticulously designed electronic surveys, the research aimed to uncover novel insights into the adoption of telehealth, with a specific focus on the impediments and advantages experienced within primary care settings.
